Can the LENEO system handle cars and equipment?
The LENEO system enables you to lease all kinds of equipment, not just cars. Today, LENEO is used to lease everything from cars and trucks to equipment for manufacturing, IT and photography.
Can LENEO handle proportional registration fee?
With LENEO you can easily offer both proportional registration fee as well as fully tax.
Will LENEO require a special setup?
LENEO is a cloud-based solution, so you don’t need to install anything on your computer. Everything takes place online, and you can access the system from wherever you are. All your information is stored safely and you can access the system without worrying about backups or updates.
Is it possible to view a customer's history in LENEO?
LENEO’s optimised scheduling gives you a detailed view of every customer’s commitment and history. So it’s easy to deliver the right service, change contracts, create new offers and make sure that everything goes by the book.
How do we invoice our customers?
LENEO makes it easy to stay on top of generating and sending invoices. You can automate customer invoicing and set up automatic payment services with just a few clicks.
Can we use LENEO in more than one country?
LENEO has been developed to work seamlessly in Denmark, Norway, Sweden, Germany and the UK.
Where is the Data stored?
In the EU, all of our data is stored on the Microsoft Azure platform – for now in Holland and Germany. The data is stored either on SQL databases or in encrypted files which can only be accessed through the LENEO portal/API. We chose Microsoft Azure because it was the first large cloud service to be approved by the EU in the run up to the new GDPR regulations. How do we handle our documents in LENEO?
You can upload all of your company’s leasing documents, such as leasing conditions, declarations or authorisations, to the LENEO platform. This creates a coherent leasing process in which everything takes place in LENEO – with ease.
How do we upload our documents?
Simply send your document package to the project manager you’ve been assigned, and he or she will make sure your documents are uploaded to the platform.
Can you save different documents in a single agreement?
Yes, you can. In fact, you can upload all the documents that are relevant to a single agreement, including leasing contracts, guarantees, delivery approvals, purchase orders, statements of consent, and much more.
Can the platform handle different kinds of service agreement?
With LENEO, it’s easy to create your own service agreements. These might include tyres, roadside assistance and insurance. If you would like to add a new service to your package, LENEO can help you make a good deal with one of our suppliers or partners.
How do we handle our assets in LENEO?
LENEO gives you the opportunity to organise all your assets so they are always available in your leasing contracts. This makes it extremely easy to lease out your assets again and again. It is, of course, also possible to set up assets as you need them for each individual leasing contract.
Does LENEO support digital signatures?
It is easy to integrate Penneo, e-signature and other digital signature providers into LENEO. And if you don’t yet have an agreement with a provider, we can help you find a great deal.

How easy is it to implement the system?
Implementation is easy – and it’s free. We even assign your company a support team to make sure you get off to a great start.
How is the system implemented?
We start with a meeting to identify your business processes and needs – to ensure the system is tailored to your company’s particular leasing concept. We then map these into a project plan which we hand over to the project manager who coordinates the start-up process from start to finish. Once your system has been launched successfully, LENEO continues to provide on-going support.
Do you offer a support plan?
If any issues arise as you use LENEO, don’t hesitate to reach out. We are here to offer you guidance and support every weekday, 9:00-16:00.
What about our existing contracts?
We help you move your existing contracts from your old system to LENEO, so you are sure to get off to a great start.
How do I set up a new product?
We help you set up your products in the system so you can get started quickly and easily. Not only that, we go the extra mile to make sure that every component of the leasing process has been properly implemented in the system.
How long does it take to set up the system from scratch?
It varies from company to company, but in our experience, you will be up and running one or two weeks after we have received your brief along with all the necessary documentation.
Is it possible to integrate LENEO into other systems?
In short, yes, it is. LENEO is simple to integrate into your existing business systems. Based on micro-services, the system uses APIs to send and receive data. As a service, LENEO integrates seamlessly with ERP, CRM, CMS and other API-based systems.

Are there any extra charges for LENEO?
At LENEO we value simplicity above all else – and that goes for our pricing too. So, there are no hidden costs.
How will we be charged?
We’ll send you an invoice at the end of every month.
Is there a minimum annual requirement for the number of transactions?
Not at LENEO – we help small and large companies alike.
How long do I have to commit to using LENEO?
This is something we agree from partner to partner. So, together with you, we’re sure to find the right agreement.
Does it cost extra if I use the system in more than one country?
The price is the same whether you use the platform in one or many countries.
Will the price vary in relation to the number of users we have?
Our pricing isn’t based on the number of users – so you get the same price whether you have one or 200.
